The working relationship

A ground partner you can actually hand clients to

You keep the client relationship and the brand. We run everything on the ground — met at the airport to dropped back for the flight home — and report back so you always know where your clients are.

  • ✓ Net rates or commission — structured to fit how you sell, agreed per partnership
  • ✓ White-label or co-branded — itineraries, vouchers and guiding under your name or ours
  • ✓ One accountable contact — a named partnerships manager, not an inbox
  • ✓ Sales support — sample itineraries, photography and destination answers when you're pitching
  • ✓ Confidential trade terms — nothing published, everything agreed partner to partner

On the ground

Everything in-destination, handled end to end

Hand us the brief and the dates. We own every moving part between arrival and departure.

Meet & greet, all transfers

Airport meet at the gate, every transfer on time — JKIA, Wilson and coast airports.

Private 4x4 & driver-guide

Every trip runs private — own vehicle, own KPSGA-certified guide, own pace.

Lodges, camps & rates

Contracted hand-picked properties — and honest advice when one isn't right for the client.

Park fees & permits

KWS park fees, gorilla and chimp permits, conservation fees — booked and paid ahead.

Flights & logistics

Domestic and regional flights, Wilson connections, border logistics for multi-country trips.

24/7 in-trip support

A live line to our Nairobi ops team while your clients travel — issues fixed on the ground, reported to you.

Ways to work together

However you sell, we fit

FIT & tailor-made

Bespoke itineraries for couples, families and small private groups — designed from scratch around your client's brief, budget and dates.

Groups & GIT

Escorted small groups, incentive trips and series departures — multiple vehicles, tour leaders and logistics coordinated as one operation.

White-label & co-branded

Your brand front and centre — or ours. Documents, guiding and client care delivered however you want your agency represented.

FAM trips & training

Familiarization trips so your team can sell from experience, plus destination training and answers when a client asks the awkward question.

Safari + beach + city

Multi-country circuits stitched together cleanly — Mara and Diani, Serengeti and Zanzibar, gorillas and Dubai — one ops team, one contact.

Overflow & last-minute

Peak season stretching your current DMC? We pick up overflow and short-notice work without poaching the relationship.

How it works

From your brief to their flight home

  1. Step 1
    Send the brief
Dates, travellers, style and budget — a paragraph is enough. We'll come back with questions only if we need them.
  2. Step 2
    Proposal in 24–48 hours
Full routing, lodges, vehicle, guide and pricing — at net or commissionable rates, presented ready to pass to your client.
  3. Step 3
    Confirm & vouchers
Deposit secures the booking; you get branded confirmation documents, pickup times and the ground team's contacts.
  4. Step 4
    We run the ground
Clients met at the gate and looked after end to end, with a 24/7 line to ops. Anything that changes, you hear from us first.
  5. Step 5
    Debrief & next booking
Post-trip feedback, photos for your marketing, and we're ready for the next brief — most partnerships become a standing arrangement.

What partners ask first

Do you offer net rates or commission to travel trade?

Both — we work on net rates or commissionable rates depending on how you prefer to structure it. Terms are agreed per partnership rather than published, and we're happy to align with what your agency is used to.

Can you operate white-label under our brand?

Yes. Your clients can be met, guided and looked after entirely under your brand — itineraries, vouchers and on-trip communication carry your name. We can also co-brand where that suits the relationship better.

How fast do you turn around quotes and proposals?

We aim to acknowledge every brief the same day and return a full proposal — routing, lodges, vehicle, guide and pricing — within 24 to 48 hours depending on complexity.

What trip types and group sizes do you handle?

FIT and tailor-made couples and families, small groups and GIT departures, honeymoons, photographic safaris, treks and beach extensions. Every trip runs private with its own guide and vehicle; larger groups by arrangement.

What happens if something goes wrong mid-trip?

Partners get a 24/7 in-destination line to our operations team in Nairobi — flight delays, missed connections, medical issues or itinerary changes are handled on the ground and reported back to you, so you're never firefighting across time zones.

Can we check references or arrange a FAM trip?

Absolutely. We're glad to connect you with existing partners for a confidential reference, and we host familiarization trips for agents actively selling or about to sell our destinations — the fastest way to see how we work on the ground.
