Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day 1
   Arrive Kigali
   City tour, overnight Kigali.
2. Day 2
   Kigali → Nyungwe
   Drive south through tea country to Nyungwe Forest, overnight lodge.
3. Day 3
   Chimps & canopy
   Dawn chimpanzee tracking, afternoon canopy walkway 70m above the forest floor.
4. Day 4
   Nyungwe → Lake Kivu
   Drive along the lake shore to Kibuye, evening at a lakeside hotel.
5. Day 5
   Kivu → Volcanoes
   North to Musanze, afternoon at leisure beneath the volcanoes.
6. Day 6
   Gorilla trek → Kigali
   Morning gorilla trek, drive back to Kigali for departure.
